He was predeceased by: his parents, Elmer Scheer and Marilyn Scheer (Mason); his son Bryan R. Scheer; and his brother Terry Scheer. He is survived by: his wife Karen E. Scheer (Moran); his children, Josh Scheer of Ashland and Kara Scheer of Jacksonville; his grandchildren, Leedah, Aurora Scheer of Ashland, Devin and Khloe Scheer of Jacksonville; and his brother Rick Scheer of Quincy. He is also survived by his children and was a loving Papa to his 4 Grandchildren.
