She was predeceased by: her parents, Jesse L. Petefish and Jean Helen Petefish (Caldwell); her husband Albert H. Yancy; her daughter Jean Ella Yancy; and her siblings, Sara Allen, Ward Petefish and Richard Petefish.
She is survived by: her children, Marsha Yancy (John Finn) of Springfield, Charlotte Kay Skinner of Springfield and Carl William Yancy (Michelle) of Eden Prairie, MN; her grandchildren, Daniel Skinner of Chatham, Jonathan Skinner of Geneseo, Eryn Yancy of Denver, CO and Jacob Yancy of Eden Prairie, MN; and her sister Mary Lou Newell (late Bob) of St. Louis, MO. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
