She was predeceased by: her parents, Alvin Cave and Dorothy Ring; and her siblings, Harry Dean, Ronnie Cave, Susie Alexander and Mary Margaret "Mickey" Anderson.
She is survived by: her husband John Subu; her children, Gary Pearn (Rachel) of Virginia, Sean Pearn (Debbie) of Ormond Beach, FL, Dawn Baker (Terry) of Lake Alfred, FL and Alison Lynn (Shawn) of Ashland; and her siblings, Larry Cave (Lisa), George Cave (Mendy) and Helen Robinson (Bernie). She is also survived by seventeen grandchildren; and ten great grandchildren.
