With heavy hearts, we announce the death of John R. Cosner of Ashland, Illinois, born in Beardstown, Illinois, who passed away on June 30, 2022 at the age of 88. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Thomas Alfred and Catherine Drinkwater Cosner; and his siblings, Tom Cosner, Mary Cosner and Joe Cosner.
He is survived by: his children, Jeff R. Cosner (Beth) of Ashland, Pam Frye (Tim) of Shumway and Angela Cosner of Ashland; and his grandchildren, Curtis Cosner (Keri), Lesley Turner (Chris), Chase Cosner (Alex), Jason Frye (Brittany) and Ross Frye (Sarah). He is also survived by ten great grandchildren; and several nieces and nephews.
