She was predeceased by: her parents, Wayne Scott Blakeman and LuBerta E. "Tudie" Fanning; and her stepfather Walter Edward Scholes. She is survived by: her spouse Patrick Devlin; her children, Emily Wallbaum, Ryan Ruot and Andrew "Drew" Devlin; and her grandchildren, Sydney Wallbaum, Bailey Wallbaum of Ashland, Jasmine Ruot of Assumption, Mariah Devlin of Affton, MO, Dillon Devlin and Kendal Devlin of Hillsboro. She is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, memorial gifts are suggested to the family, the American Diabetes Association, or a charity of the donor's choice.
