She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, Barney Lockeby and Celestia Austin Lockeby; her husband Willard "Bud" Mileur; her daughter Barbara Lathom (Marty) of Ashland; her grandson Tyler Lathom of Ashland; her great grandchild Jewel Lathom of New Berlin; and her siblings, Robert Lockeby (Karen) of Jacksonville, John Henry Lockeby and Mary Vaughn. She was also cherished by several nieces and nephews; and a cousin.
