She is survived by: her children, Henry Jr. Duits (Renu Chaudhary) of California, Raymond Duits, Tykia Long of Ashkum, IL, Leanna Thompson (Duane Boyd) of Decatur, IL and Melissa Sjouwke (Charles) of Kankakee, IL; her siblings, Joe Chaudoin (Mary Jo), Jim Chaudoin (Diane) of Stockton, CA, Beverly Elson of Vancouver, WA, Letha Lonzo of Tuscan, AZ and Kathy Jones (Danny) of Portland, OR; and her grandchildren, Dustin, Megan Duits, Casey Horsch, Seth Rubo, R. J. Thompson, Lori, Sean Fabbri, Corey, Heather Harrington, Dylan Sjouwke, Jayden, Zoey and Garrett Duits. She is also survived by 7 great- grandchildren.
