He is survived by: his wife Adell Walker-Fulford; his children, Mark Fulford (Lisa) of O'Fallon, IL, Theresa Seipp (Sam) of O'Fallon, IL, Kathleen Buehler (Rob) of O'Fallon, IL, John Fulford (Calista) of Winchester, TN, Larry Fulford (Liz) of O'Fallon, IL, Barbara Prokopf (Jim) of Caseyville, IL and Jane Shelton (Mike) of Puyallup, WA; and his stepson John Snapat (Jamie) of Smithton, IL. He is also survived by 17 grandchildren; 18 great-grandchildren.
