It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Robert Franklin Tilford of Arthur, Illinois, born in Mattoon, Illinois, who passed away on October 25, 2023, at the age of 42, leaving to mourn family and friends. He is survived by: his father Duane Tilford (Cherie Polk); his fiancée Heather Fogus; his stepdaughters, Elizabeth Finnin, Lacey, Britney and Alysha; his granddaughter Angel Selph; his siblings, Michael Tilford and Michelle Brown (Brandon Houser); his stepbrothers, Seth and Nathan Polk; his nieces and nephews, Samantha, Destinie, Hendrix, Brian and Myles; his pet Chewbacca "Chewy" Franklin; and his mother Mary "Kathy" Tilford (French).
