He was predeceased by: his parents, Robert Olen and Mary Elizabeth McRae Ratcliffe; and his wife Lois A. Maher. He is survived by: his sons, Robert Allen Ratcliffe (Kim) of Mentor, Ohio, Jeffrey Gordon Ratcliffe (Cindy) of Painsville, Ohio and James Wesley Ratcliffe of Farmer City, Illinois; and his stepchildren, John Werts (Kay Ann) of Clinton, Illinois and Tere Tedrick (Mike) of Clinton, Illinois. He is also survived by 12 grandchildren; 27 great-grandchildren; and 4 great-great-grandchildren.
