He was predeceased by: his parents, Russell Kitchen and Mildred Chrysler Kitchen; his wife Marilyn Joan Hurt; and his daughter-in-law Patti Kitchen. He is survived by: his children, Douglas Kitchen of Arthur, Nancee Kitchen of Arcola and Jennifer Kitchen of Arthur; his grandsons, Matthew Kitchen (Sarah) of Sullivan, Isaac Kitchen (Drew) of Atwood and Derek Foust of Arthur; his great grandchildren, Shae Kitchen and Chase Kitchen; and his sister Gayle O'Rourke (Ronald) of Marshall.
