She was predeceased by: her parents, Joseph S Beachy and Lydia Ann Beachy (Stutzman); her former husband Edward Nisley; her husband Noah J Otto; her stepdaughters, Ruth Ann Troyer and Naomi Sue Otto; her stepgrandson Noah Troyer; her brother Jacob M Beachy (Abbie); and her brothers-in-law, Andy J Miller, Norman Lee and Ben A Miller.
She is survived by: her stepson Aden Otto (Darlene); her stepson-in-law Ivan Troyer of Arcola, IL; and her siblings, Eli J Beachy (Martha Ferne), Ervin J Beachy (Mary Kathryn), Edna Smith (Dale) of Tuscola, IL, Annie Kaufman (Dan) of Arthur, IL and Alma Helmuth (Adlai) of Arthur, IL. She is also survived by two step-granddaughters, one step-daughter-in-law and eleven step-great-grandchildren.
