He was predeceased by: his parents, John Andrew and Sarah Elizabeth Rutledge (Greene); his wife Mary Ellen Brock; his daughter Elizabeth Ann Rutledge; and his sister Marna Kettwich.
He is survived by: his daughters, Sarah Chloe Rutledge of Arthur, IL and Susan Lynn Golden of Fredrick, OK; and his sister Margo Blaudow (Jerry) of Tuscola, IL..
