She was predeceased by: her parents, Hiley David and Chloe Berniece Brock (Jones); her daughter Elizabeth Ann Rutledge; her stepmother Laura Morefield Brock; and her brothers, David Brock and Bruce Brock.
She is survived by: her husband Michael A. Rutledge of Arthur, IL; and her daughters, Sarah Chloe Rutledge of Arthur, IL and Susan Lynn Golden of Fredrick, OK..
