She was predeceased by: her parents, Ezra Lewis and Loreen Tarr Lewis; her daughter Janice Cox; and her siblings, Paul, Wayne Lewis and Patty Lacoax.
She is survived by: her daughter Karen Lee Shea of Wheeling; her grandchildren, Heidi Andrews, Mark Cox, Cathy Witte Cox and Laurie Cox; and her great grandchildren, Reed, Katie Andrews and E'va Mary Cox.
