She was predeceased by: her parents, Andrew Bontreger and Minerva Bontreger (Yutzy); her sister Dorothy; her brother-in-law Lynn Mast; her brother Willis Bontreger; her nephew Tony Bontreger; and her nieces, Inez Bontrager and Nichole Whitley.

She is survived by: her husband Olen Chupp; her children, LaVera Lawson (Drew) of Arthur, IL and Darren Chupp (Torrie Antrim) of Arthur, IL; her grandchildren, Aubrey Renee and Chloe Elaine; her siblings, Toby Bontreger of Arthur, IL, Verna Otto (Lewis) of Cadwell, IL, Rosie Bontrager (Howard) of Goshen, IN, Mary Whitley of Arcola, IL, Lorene Helmuth (Darrell) of Lovington, IL, Julie Yoder (Joseph) of Arcola, IL and Rosanna Bontreger of Arthur, IL.; her family Lucy; and her children, Linda Collins, Beachey and Brad Yoder. She is also survived by nieces and nephews.

In lieu of flowers memorials may be made to St. Jude Children's Research Hospital or the Cystic Fibrosis Foundation.
