As Joyce departs from this earthly realm, her essence lingers — a whisper on the wind, a ripple on the water — a testament to the enduring power of love to transcend the boundaries of life and death. Though Joyce may no longer walk beside us, her spirit lives on in the memories and the legacy Joyce leaves behind.
She was predeceased by: her parents, George E. Tohill and Mable M. Griggs Tohill; her husband Billy K. Stephenson; her daughter Debbie Tiffan; and her stepson Mike Stephenson.
She is survived by: her son Jim Miller (Theresa) of Arthur; her son-in-law Dave Tiffan; and her stepdaughters, Kim Davis and Terri Pygott. She is also survived by 3 grandchildren and 6 great-grandchildren.
