She was predeceased by: her parents, Andie Atchison and Arline Atchison (Rockhold); her husband Paul William Moats; her son Curtis Moats; her brothers, Ray Atchison, Bill Atchison, Robert Atchison and Arnold Lee Atchison; her brothers-in-law, Ken Doyle and Robert Bissey; and her son-in-law Donald Griffith.
She is survived by: her children, Paula Griffith of Arthur, Terry Moats (Phyllis) of Cisne, Russell Moats (Laura) of Flora and Randy Moats of Louisville; and her siblings, Russell Atchison of Louisville, Ruth Ann Bissey of Arthur, Sue Doyle of Arthur and Mary Ellison (Frank) of Sullivan. She is also survived by 15 grandchildren; 29 great grandchildren; 8 great great grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to the family.
