She was predeceased by: her parents, Orin Robinson and Ruby Mae Short Robinson; her former husband Donald Hugh Miller, Sr.; her spouse Billie Wayne Risley; her sons, Billie Jo, Jerry Allen Risley and Donald Edward Miller; and her grandsons, Stephen Brent and Denny Wayne Chumbley.
She is survived by: her children, Pam Chumbley (Don) of Lake City, Debbie Stutzman (Merle) of Arthur and Kevin Risley (Vickie) of Tuscola; and her sister Joyce Diener (Robinson) of Mattoon. She is also survived by 14 grandchildren; 27 great grandchildren; 2 great great grandchildren.
