She was predeceased by: her parents, LeRoy Arseneau and Gertrude Kulpetzer Arseneau; her husband Kenneth "Gabby" Fowler; and her siblings, Robert and Delores.
She is survived by: her children, Kenneth Fowler (Marsha) of Iroquois, Mike Fowler of Decatur, Rick Fowler (Lisa) of Aroma Park and Debbie Fowler of Michigan; her sisters, Shirley Malone (Leon), Sharon Reilly (Ed), Junie Duffy (Mike) and Susie Bultman; and her grandchildren, Chad, Stephanie, Chuck, Brian, Ricky, Robert, Danielle, Nathan, Nicole and Jamie. She is also survived by 15 great-grandchildren; and many nieces and nephews.
