He is survived by: his mother Diana Curwick (Huffman); his children, Trevor Curwick of Las Vegas, NV, Nathan Curwick, Jaqualyn Rexroad of Kankakee, Stephanie Rasmussen of Bourbonnais and Alexandria McRoberts of Chicago; his grandchildren, Jhordi and Tristan; his stepfather Dennis Kunz of Lowell, IN; his father Delbert "Butch" Curwick of Kankakee; his siblings, Julie Franke of Lowell, IN, Jamie Boswell-Galant (Robert Galant) of Sesser, Jill Boswell of Fort Worth, TX, Kristin Thomas of Kankakee and Jeffrey Curwick (Brandi) of Kankakee; and his close friend Jamie Leigh. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
