He was predeceased by: his parents, George Eugene and Dorthy Mae Johnson Ackerson. He is survived by: his daughter Christina; his grandchildren, Jeff, Marty, Troy and Chet; and his brother Jim Ackerson (Barb) of Stanford.
A graveside service will be held on Thursday, January 9th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the Hieronymus Cemetery (3075 McLean Rd, Armington, IL 61721).
