He was predeceased by: his grandparents, Harold Rapp (Anita) and John S. Neill (Grace). He is survived by: his wife Mary Raye of Arlington; his mother Doris Neill of Arlington; his children, Casey Neill (Stacy) of Utica, Patrick Neill of Chicago, Lindsay Neill and Allison Neill; his granddaughter Scarlett Neill; and his sisters, Lea McCall (Don) of Peoria and Patti Ehmen (Glen Goodlet) of Meridianville.
