“What a life he lived always being of service to others, his community, supporting and campaining for the democratic party always. He was and is an icon of Arlington and of the innumerable lives he touched. We were all so honored to have had the opportunity to know Nuco and he will live on in our hearts. He taught everyone who had the fortune to run across his path a lesson or simply a thought to ponder never to be forgotten. There may not be a jukebox in heaven, however, Nuco is definitely singing with the angel choir. Judy Blackburn”
