He is survived by: his wife Susan; his children, Ross Mika (Carolyn), Josh Mika (Rachel) and Judd Mika; his grandchildren, Quinn Mika, Pierson Mika and Brooke Mika; his sister-in-law Christy Carson (Richard); his nephew Nick Carson (Tessa); and his cousins, Mike, Christopher, Tom Buck (Darlene), Marian Murphy (Michael), Karen Friedberg (Richard) and Robert Wojtalewicz.
