She was predeceased by: her brothers, Jeffrey and Michael; and her parents, Earle Johnson and Helene Johnson. She is survived by: her siblings, Stephen Johnson and Janet Farbotko; her daughter Elise; her son-in-law Dan Stone; and her grandchildren, Trey and Sienna.
In lieu of flowers, please consider a donation in Susan's name to Robert H. Lurie Children's Hospital as this organization was important to her as Trey received medical care there due to being born premature.
