He was predeceased by: his parents, Frederick Louis and Margaret Foote Green; his brothers, Larry and David; his sisters-in-law, Charlene and Beverly; his sister Carolyn Hartnett; his brothers-in-law, Robert Hartnett, Tom Herman and Robert Sparks; and his parents-in-law, Ilene and Charles Hart.
He is survived by: his wife Phyllis Ann Hart; his stepson Charlie; his sister Mildred Herman of Milford; and his siblings-in-law, Janet Sparks of Austin and Jim Hart of Perrysburg, Ohio.. He is also survived by his sons and grandchildren.
