She was predeceased by: her parents, Harriet Zachman and Walter Zachman; her husband Lawrence Cripe (Skip); and her sons, Stephen Cripe (Mary Kaye) and Timothy Cripe.

She is survived by: her children, Thomas Cripe (Patti), Susan (David), Winckler, John Cripe (Emily), Sara Marrero and Daniel Cripe (Meghan); and her grandchildren, Kailyn, Jake, Joe, Sam, Lauren, Matthew, James, Paul, Jane, Alex, Andy, Dylan Cripe and Ben Marrero. She is also survived by her 13 great grandchildren.

Visitation was held on Monday, February 17th 2025 from 3:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Glueckert Funeral Home (1520 N Arlington Heights Rd, Arlington Heights, IL 60004). A prayer was held on Tuesday, February 18th 2025 at 9:30 AM at the same location. A funeral Mass was held on Tuesday, February 18th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the St. James Catholic Church (820 N Arlington Heights Rd, Arlington Heights, IL 60004). A burial was held on Tuesday, February 18th 2025 at 11:30 AM at the St Michael the Archangel Catholic Cemetery (1185 W Algonquin Rd, Palatine, IL 60067).
