It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Lorraine Louise Messenger (Arlington Heights, Illinois), born in Des Plaines, Illinois, who passed away on May 15, 2023, at the age of 99, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Hans Christian and Laura F. Brogmus; her husband Kenneth Leroy Messenger; and her siblings, Doris Campagna, Eleanor Minnich and Kenneth Brogmus (late Doris).
She is survived by: her daughters, Kathleen J. Reese (Ron) and Susan L. Stahnke (Doug); her grandchildren, Linda Stepp (Chris), Kimberly Reese Lindberg (Mike) and Michael Stahnke (Jaime); her great grandchildren, Emilie Lindberg, Annika Lindberg, Ellie Lindberg, Laura Stepp, Lily Stepp and Duncan Stahnke; and her brother Russell Brogmus (late Carol). She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
