She was predeceased by: her parents, James McDonald and Dolores McDonald (Walus); and her brothers, David and Brian. She is survived by: her brother Darryl McDonald (Marie); her niece Jennifer Hansen (Shane); and her great-niece Sophia Hansen.

In lieu of flowers, memorials may be given to St Philip's Episcopal Church.
