He is survived by: his son Kayson Kuhl of Kansas; his mother Susan Kuhl of Missouri; his stepmother Rhonda Kuhl of Wisconsin; his siblings, Kelli Kuhl of Missouri, Katie Fenstermaker (Dave) of Illinois, Karyn Ward (Tommy) of Missouri, Brittney Kuhl and Trevor Kuhl of Wisconsin; and his nieces and nephews, Madalyn, Corbin, Ethan, Shelby and Elizabeth.
In lieu of flowers, contributions in memory of Kevin may be made to the family for the benefit of his son, Kayson.
