She was predeceased by: her parents, Joseph Scimeca and Lena Scimeca; and her husband John A. DiGanci. She is survived by: her daughters, Janice Cecchin (Norman), Marilyn Ostergaard (Ian) and Janine Cichon (Mark); her grandchildren, Aaron of Kristin, J. D., Collin, Joanna, Norman, Jaclyn, Christopher, Jacqueline, Jennifer and John; her great grandchildren, Will, Jake, Emma, Drew, Finn, Owen, Eleanor, Novella, Amira Summer, Braden, Mabel, Ian, Noah, Maggie, Sofia and Violet; and her sisters, Mary DiGanci and Connie Giovano. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
Visitation was held on Monday, January 6th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Ryan-Parke Funeral Home (120 S NW Hwy, Park Ridge, IL 60068). A funeral Mass was held on Monday, January 6th 2025 at 11:30 AM at the Saint Paul of the Cross Church (320 S Washington Ave, Park Ridge, IL 60068).
