She was predeceased by: her parents, Vera Hughes and Richard Hughes; her husband Heinz Schmidt; and her brother David Hughes (Una). She is survived by: her children, Jenny Schmidt Panther (Kent) and Paul Heinz Schmidt (Francesca); her grandchildren, Braden Panther and Kyleigh Panther; and her siblings, James Hughes (Kate) and Susan Haith (Tony). She is also survived by brothers- and sisters-in-law, nieces, nephews and friends.
