“My condolences to Jamie’s family. I knew Jamie briefly in high school and we became good friends when I worked with him at the Rib Exchange in Schaumburg. Big smile and a big fro he was so full of life. I moved away my senior year and lost track of Jamie, but still think of him often and the great times we had back in the day. “I have very fond memories of Jamie. My mother, Eileen Leznek, was his 6th grade teacher, and I would always be in her room. Jamie was always there to welcome me with "Here comes Little Leznek" and give me a big hug. It has been many years, but I remember his kind smile, great sense of humor, and my mom always referring to him as "one of her favorites...but don't let him know!"
