With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Irene Modert of Arlington Heights, Illinois, whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on November 12, 2024 at the age of 84. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her husband Richard Modert. She is survived by: her sons, Stephen Modert (Antoinette) and Mark Modert; and her grandchildren, Nicole, Stephanie and Ryan Modert.
Visitation will be held on Saturday, November 23rd 2024 from 10:00 AM to 12:30 PM at the Matz Funeral Chapels (410 E Rand Rd, Mt Prospect, IL 60056). A burial will be held on Saturday, November 23rd 2024 at 1:45 PM at the Elmwood Cemetery (Thatcher Rd, River Grove, IL 60707).
