With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Erich R. Barten of Arlington Heights, Illinois, whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on June 29, 2024 at the age of 83. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his wife Betty Barten; his daughter Donna Marie Barten; and his siblings, Ericka Ehrenberg (late Sigi) and Elke Zander (Ervin D.). He is survived by: his child Thomas Barten.
