He was predeceased by: his parents, Osbjorn Heggeland and Elizabeth Heggeland; and his wife Gloris Heggeland. He is survived by: his stepmother Violet; his children, Bruce Heggeland, Tina Soderman (David) and Paul Heggeland (Sharon); his grandchildren, Mark Heggeland (Phoebe), Kira Estelle (David), Erik Soderman, Kristen Veerman (Colin), Luke Soderman, Jake Heggeland (Molly), Britta Heggeland and Jared Heggeland; and his brothers, Jack Heggeland, Gary Heggeland and Richard Heggeland (Sandy). He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests that donations be made to Moody Bible Institute.
