He is survived by: his wife Elizabeth Clark; his children, Donna, Debbie (Leroy), Bill (Gail) and Mark; his grandchildren, Jeremy, Melissa, Jamie (Peter), Cody, Alicia, Spencer, Waylon and Westen; his brother Bill (Bettiann); and his niece Teri Lynn (Dave). He is also survived by extended family and friends.
