She was predeceased by: her parents, Geraldine Gans and Wilson Wadsworth; and her significant other Arthur Tracy. She is survived by: her siblings, Donna Anderson (Thomas), David Wadsworth (Cori) and Doug Wadsworth (Nathy); and her children, Jason Osinski (Shanan), Joe Osinski, Jordan Osinski (Dina), Kristin Egan (Mike), John Tracy (Alia), Erin Lambrecht (Craig) and David Tracy. She is also survived by eleven grandchildren.
