He was predeceased by: his father Eugene "Gene" E. Roth. He is survived by: his mother Dorothy Roth; his children, Jessica, Chelsie and Kyle Roth; his sister Robin Roth; his grandchildren, Asia and Dakota; and his pet Harley.
