It is with great sadness that we announce the death of David Charles Yates (Arlington Heights, Illinois), born in Elgin, Illinois, who passed away on June 11, 2024, at the age of 54, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by : his father Robert Yates. He is survived by : his mother Julia Yates; his wife Kathleen Yates; his children, Tanner, Hope, Emma and Brooklynn Yates; and his brothers, Mark, Michael and William Yates (Mindy).

Visitation was held on Wednesday, June 19th 2024 from 4:00 PM to 8:00 PM, on Thursday, June 20th 2024 from 9:30 AM to 10:30 AM and at 8:00 PM at the Our Lady of the Wayside Catholic Church (440 S Mitchell Ave, Arlington Heights, IL 60005). A prayer was held on Thursday, June 20th 2024 from 10:20 AM to 10:35 AM at the same location. A funeral Mass was held on Thursday, June 20th 2024 from 10:45 AM to 12:00 PM at the same location.
