We are sad to announce that on October 22, 2024, at the age of 89, Carol Joan Yoshioka (Arlington Heights, Illinois), born in Chicago, Illinois passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her parents, Oscar Emberg and Ellen Emberg. She is survived by: her husband Robert Yoshioka; her children, Mark Risch, Brian Yoshioka (Tanya), Scott Yoshioka (Carmelina), Karen Larsen (Keith) and Nancy Swider (Michael); her grandchildren, Jessica Castillo (Jake), Justin Swider (Renee), Mikey Swider (Katie), Luke Larsen, Jaycie Risch, Hannah Shindledecker (River), Cole, Isabella Yoshioka, Harper Yoshioka, Karl Meister (Callie) and Sarah Meister; and her sister Jean Mladick. She is also survived by 12 great-grandchildren.
