It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Bernadette F. Lekan (Arlington Heights, Illinois), born in Cleveland, Ohio, who passed away on August 25, 2018, at the age of 90, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her husband Deacon Louis Lekan; her son Jeff Lekan; and her siblings, Rosemarie Supan, Theresa Supan, Louis Supan and Paul Supan (Donna).
She is survived by: her children, Deborah Klein, Chris (Janice), Gary, Betsey Leach and Jennifer Cusick (Dan); her grandchildren, Danielle, Megan Hancock (Jason), Catherine, Kyra, Madelyn and Hayden; her great grandchildren, Haley and Chloe; and her siblings, Marianne Teorsky (late Stanley), Mercedes Gribshaw (late Jack), Gus Supan (Phyllis), Barbara Crawford, Annette Zucca (Ron) and Charlotte Supan.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be given to Alzheimer's Assn.
