She was predeceased by: her brother-in-law Ronald Janczak (late Delores); and her parents, Walter Sokolowski and Louise Sokolowski. She is survived by: her husband Peter Michael; her child Chandra Kearney (Tom); her grandchildren, Ryan, Collin, Griffin and Abbie; her brother Anthony Sokolowski (Marilee); and her pets, Barkley and Havi.
Visitation will be held on Thursday, January 9th 2025 from 4:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Skaja Terrace Funeral Home (7812 N Milwaukee Ave, Niles, IL 60714). A funeral service will be held on Friday, January 10th 2025 at 9:15 AM at the same location. A funeral Mass will be held on Friday, January 10th 2025 at 10:00 AM at the St. Paul of the Cross Church (134 N Northwest Hwy, Park Ridge, IL 60068). A burial will be held on Friday, January 10th 2025 at the St. Adalbert Cemetery (6800 N Milwaukee Ave, Niles, IL 60714).
In lieu of flowers the family is requesting donations be made to the American Cancer Society.
