He was predeceased by: his parents, Giuseppe Anzalone and Desiderata Anzalone; and his siblings, Salvatore (Angela), Elena (late Frank), Agata (Vito), Francesco, Rosa (Giuseppe), Giuseppe (Lauretta), Vito (Rosaria), Giuseppa Antonino (Salvatore) and Maria Concetta (Salvatore).
He is survived by: his wife Antoinette Anzalone; his sons, Joseph, Salvatore (Kathy), Frank (Suzanne), Vito (Coleen) and Anthony; and his grandchildren, Angelo (Nicole), Rosa (Nick), Joseph (Cheryl), Lisa, Melissa (Bill), Michael, Angela (Ken), Antoinette, Sal (Danielle), Christopher (Ali), Nick, Alec, Michelle, Serena, Nathan and Ava. He is also survived by his family, friends.
