She is survived by: her daughter Mary Honaker (Bruce); her stepdaughter Celeste Dempsey (Paul); her grandchildren, Michael (Megan), Timothy (Libby), Christina, Matthew, Jason, Jennifer (Diego), Kimberly (Rick) and Max; and her great grandchildren, Jarrod (Marissa), Kirsten, Sarah, Brandon, Riley, Hunter and Diego, Jr..
Alvera's family requests that any donations made under her name be made out to The Disabled Veterans Organization, Lutheran Home in Arlington Heights, IL, or any Veterans Organization or charity of your choosing.
