He was predeceased by: his son Robert "Rob" Zirlin; and his parents, Sam Zirlin and Liz Zirlin (Foreman). He is survived by: his wife Loretta "Lorry" Zirlin; his children, Brad Zirlin (late Lynn) and Julie Pavletich; his grandchildren, Joseph "Jo", Jacob "Jake" and Ellie; and his children-in-law, Mary Nettles Zirlin and Jim Pavletich.
