He was predeceased by: his parents, Donald Earl and Hillis Minor (Shadows); his wife Barbara Harl; and his son Rodger Minor. He is survived by: his children, Richard Minor (Karla) of Moweaqua, Diana Scrimpsher of Decatur and Debbie Hitchens (Doug) of Argenta; and his siblings, Jim Minor (Kathy) of Lovington, Ed Minor of Decatur and Margie Woods of Camp Point. He is also survived by 12 grandchildren, 18 great-grandchildren and 4 great-great-grandchildren.
