Phillip E. Brown Obituary
We are sad to announce that on August 18, 2024, at the age of 95, Phillip E. Brown of Argenta, Illinois passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
As we bid farewell to this cherished soul, solace is taken in the memories held dear — the laughter shared, the wisdom imparted, the moments of quiet reflection in their presence. Though Phillip E. may no longer walk among us, his spirit lives on in the echoes of his kindness, the warmth of his embrace, and the light of his enduring love.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Mamie Brown and Phillip Brown of Argenta, IL.; his wife Carolyn Brown; and his great grandchild Beckam Fillipp. He is survived by: his daughter Cherie DeWulf (Keith Howard); his granddaughters, Katy Fillipp (Tyler) and Kristi Ahrens (Teddy); and his great grandchildren, Brixon and Theo.
In lieu of flowers or plants, donations can be made to St. John's Lutheran Church of Bath, IL or the Sycamore Education Foundation. The Sycamore Education Foundation has a scholarship fund set up to honor Beckam North Fillipp, Gene's great-grandson.
