Sampson (Argenta, Illinois), born in Decatur, Illinois, who passed away on June 5, 2019, at the age of 74, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Wayne Westerman and Roberta Westerman (Woodward). She is survived by: her son Anthony Kelsheimer of Decatur, IL; and her sister Avis Batson (Darrell) of Hopkinsville, KY.. She is also survived by 1 granddaughter; 3 great-grandchildren.
